Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare chicken breasts by butterflying them to create a pocket.

  5. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spoon the broccoli-cheese mixture into the chicken pockets generously.
  7. Secure the openings with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  8. (Optional) Wrap each stuffed chicken breast in bacon.
  9. Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish seam-side up.
  10. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  11. (Optional) Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for a crispy top.
