Ingredients
  

  • 1 to 1.5 pounds chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 to 1 cup hot sauce (Frank's RedHot recommended)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Add chicken breasts to the Instant Pot. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour in one cup of water or chicken broth.
  3. Seal the lid. Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 12 minutes.
  4. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes. Then, quick-release any remaining pressure.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks until tender.
  6. Mix in the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
