- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub the spice mixture all over them.
- Let the chicken sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and close the lid.
- Let them cook for about 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Tent the chicken with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
