  • 4 breasts Boneless Skinless Chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • to taste Fresh Herbs (optional) such as rosemary or thyme for garnish

  • Meat Thermometer
  • Tongs
  • Small Mixing Bowl
  • Brush or Hands for Seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub the spice mixture all over them.
  4. Let the chicken sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and close the lid.
  6. Let them cook for about 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Tent the chicken with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
