Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 strips Bacon (cooked crispy and crumbled)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Pour a cup of chicken broth into the Instant Pot.
  2. Add chicken breasts, ensuring not to overcrowd them.
  3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and garlic powder over the chicken.
  4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes.
  6. Shred the chicken using two forks until tender and easily pulled apart.
  7. Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, and crumbled bacon until creamy and smooth.
