  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • optional grated cheese (Parmesan or cheddar)

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, then set aside.
  4. Add broccoli to the pan and add a splash of water, cover to steam for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer gently.
  7. Optionally, stir in grated cheese until melted and season with additional spices.
  8. Slice cooked chicken and return it to the pan with broccoli, then simmer for a couple of minutes.
  9. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
