Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • optional shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken. Pour in the cream of chicken soup and stir quickly. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Layer chicken in a baking dish, sprinkle with ranch seasoning, and pour cream of chicken soup over. Add optional vegetables, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with ranch seasoning and sear until golden brown. Reduce heat to low, pour in cream of chicken soup, stir, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
