  • 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 clove Garlic (for glaze) minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger (for glaze) minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil (for glaze)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the chicken tenders in the cornstarch mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Place the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer.
  6. Spray lightly with cooking oil.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flip the tenders, then cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  8. In a saucepan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil to make the glaze.
  9. Let the glaze simmer for a couple of minutes to thicken.
  10. Brush the glaze onto the cooked chicken tenders while warm.
  11. Let the chicken rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
