  • 2 c.c Garlic powder
  • 1 c.s Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Optional: Soy sauce, Ginger, Broccoli, Bell peppers, Snap peas for stir-fry
  • 1 slice Lemon for One-Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to ensure better browning.
  2. Season the chicken generously with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. For a One-Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken, add veggies and lemon slices to a baking sheet.
  4. Bake chicken at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. For grilling, keep the grill at medium heat and grill for 6-8 minutes per side.
  6. For pan-searing, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each side for 6-8 minutes.
  7. For air frying, set the air fryer to 375°F and fry for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let the cooked chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing for moisture retention.
