  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Roll each piece in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  5. Spread the chicken bites out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked through and crispy.
