  • 2 Cooked Chicken (Shredded or Diced)
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. While spaghetti is cooking, shred pre-cooked chicken.
  3. In a large skillet or pot, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, Rotel (juice included), and cream of chicken soup.
  4. Stir the mixture until well combined.
  5. Add in shredded cheese and stir over low heat until melted.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Let it simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes to meld flavors.
