  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small, even cubes.
  2. Toss the chicken pieces in olive oil until evenly coated.

  4. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the chicken and toss well to coat.
  5. Let the chicken sit for about 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
  6. For stovetop, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken bites for 5–6 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. For oven method, preheat to 400°F, place bites on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 15–20 minutes.
  8. For air fryer, cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
  9. Let the cooked chicken bites rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
