  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 15 ml lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly onto the chicken.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  5. Brush the grill grates with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken fingers on the grill and cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes total, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Transfer the grilled chicken fingers to a plate and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
