  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • q.s. Salt
  • q.s. Pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken tenderloins and toss until fully coated. Cover and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat and oil the surface.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until done.
  5. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  6. Transfer the tenders to a plate and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
