Method

  3. Place the chicken tenderloins on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4–5 minutes per side, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
