Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 unit lemon juice of half a lemon

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the chicken tenderloins to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  4. Place the marinated tenderloins on the grill, and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked (aim for an internal temperature of 165°F).
  5. Once cooked, transfer the tenderloins to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
