  • optional Smoked paprika
  • optional Onion powder
  • optional Lemon juice
  • optional Vegetables (broccoli, carrots)

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and spices.
  2. Sear the chicken in the Instant Pot using the sauté function for added flavor.
  3. Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and vinegar in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture over the seared chicken in the pot.
  5. Seal the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 8 minutes.
  6. Once done, perform a quick release of pressure.
  7. Optional: Broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  8. Serve with your choice of sides.
