  • 1 cup Dumplings
  • 2 stalks Scallions
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1 unit Scotch bonnet peppers adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 can Coconut milk optional
  • 4 cups Chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Brown the chicken pieces in a pot to lock in flavor.
  2. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and scallions until fragrant.
