  • 2 limes (juice)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill and cook the chicken until fully cooked through.
  5. Serve with tortillas and fresh salsa.
