- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Score the surface of the chicken lightly with a knife.
- Mix jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, and any optional extras in a bowl.
- Slather the marinade all over the chicken, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Place the marinated chicken in a resealable bag or a covered dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Arrange the marinated chicken breasts on the baking sheet, spacing them apart for even cooking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest, covered loosely with foil, for about 5 minutes before slicing.
