Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, coat chicken pieces with cornstarch, and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
  3. Heat oil in the air fryer or skillet at 375°F. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through (about 10-12 minutes).
  4. Toss chicken in the orange sauce coating evenly.
  5. Serve hot with rice or steamed vegetables.
