Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as needed oil for frying
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • to taste fresh jalapenos
  • to taste sweet chilli sauce

Method
 

  1. Slice jalapenos thinly. Wear gloves if sensitive to spice.
  2. Set up a breading station: Place flour in a shallow bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Beat eggs in a second bowl.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs with chopped jalapenos in a third bowl.
  5. Dip chicken tenders in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat oil in a pan to 350°F.
  7. Fry chicken tenders in batches until golden and crispy, about 6-8 minutes per batch.
  8. Toss cooked tenders in sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
  9. Serve immediately while warm.
