- Slice jalapenos thinly. Wear gloves if sensitive to spice.
- Set up a breading station: Place flour in a shallow bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Beat eggs in a second bowl.
- Mix breadcrumbs with chopped jalapenos in a third bowl.
- Dip chicken tenders in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan to 350°F.
- Fry chicken tenders in batches until golden and crispy, about 6-8 minutes per batch.
- Toss cooked tenders in sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately while warm.
